Calon® Series 5200 – Decorative Glass Cast FilmThis series is a premium cast 50 microns thick vinyl designed to simulate an etched, acid, frosted or sandblasted look. The vinyl is ideal for interior and exterior applications on windows, mirrors, and displays. A versatile product, Series 5200 is designed to deliver outstanding performance and durability. Applications • Suited and recommended for Wet Application. • Reliable uniformity and stability of the simulated etched glass effect. • Suitable for outdoor and indoor applications. • Decoration of glass windows and mirrors to achieve an acid, etch, frosted or sandblasted effect. Providing privacy without effecting lighting values. • Windows need to be cleaned thoroughly to remove silicon and other contaminates prior to application. • Some plastics may out gas causing bubbling of the applied film. Plastics need to be evaluated to ensure out gassing will not occur. • Excellent colour consistency for corporate signage.
